Post-training, Dr. Makar continued at Wilford Hall until moving in 1975 to Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska. In 1981, he left Alaska and joined ProPath and Dr. Bob Karper in practice at Harris Methodist HEB Hospital where he continues to practice today.
