If you are a patient with a question about your bill, the best way to reach ProPath is by phone. All of your questions and concerns can be addressed by the ProPath Patient Representatives by calling (214) 631-6721, or toll-free at (800) 654-1888. They resolve all relevant questions or issues in an efficient and timely manner. Our hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Central Time.

Our pathology results are delivered directly and discreetly to your physician. Any information regarding the results and interpretation of testing should be obtained from them.

We have posted additional information to help you understand the role pathology and laboratory testing play in diagnosis and treatment as well as information regarding insurance billing and payment.
