ProPath Presents Data at the 2021 Pathology Vision Meeting in Las Vegas
ProPath presents data at the Digital Pathology Association’s 2021 Pathology Vision meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. H & E stained slides of colorectal cancer samples from 382 patients were collected at ProPath and scanned on the Hologic Genius platform for the Deep Multi-Instance Learning to Predict Mismatch Repair Deficiency in Colon Biopsies abstract presentation.
In addition, H&E-stained slides of endometrial biopsy samples from 300 patients were collected at ProPath and scanned on the Hologic Genius platform for the Deep Multi-Instance Learning to Classify Cancer Types in Endometrial Biopsies abstract presentation. The presentations which were produced in concert with two great ProPath partners, Reveal Biosciences and Hologic, have both been well-received by colleagues.
